Strategic planning does not deal with future decisions, but with the prospects of current decision
One – size – fits - all strategy is no longer in trend now, due to pace of social, technological and economic changes, strategic planning is required at faster rate. A company’s most important strength is new thinking, SP should be done so that new products can be created that benefit everybody and generate sustainable profits for the creator. But the truth is that most companies tend to ignore the strategic planning and follow their traditional pathways. For developing strategic planning 3A’s should be considered: Adaption (adjusting to difference), Aggregation (overcoming the differences) and Arbitrary (exploring differences).
