Samira Chandra Gupta


Samira Chandra Gupta, the founder and chief consultant of Auraa Image Management and Consultancy (AIMC), is an experienced senior facilitator in corporate consultancy, learning,and development. She has remarkable aptitude to deliver tangible results through her dynamic approach.

AIMC is a premium image management company offering elite training, consultancy, and coaching services. Their intricate corporate solutions – image and impression management, business dressing, executive presence, emotional intelligence, body language, strategic planning, leadership skills, self awareness and management, work-life balance, selling skills, conflict management, stress management, interpersonal relations, and time management – have trained and grown an excess of 250 corporate companies. In addition, they specialize in Executive Presence and leadership coaching for senior executives (mainly C-Suite Executives), entrepreneurs, and business owners.

Samira founded AIMC with a strong desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives through her people skills, corporate leadership and training. Her competitive and multicultural work experiences have given her a multi-faceted understanding of international business and necessity of projecting the appropriate professional image to achieve success. It is her ability to nurture people that drives their excellence.

Samira developed a strong corporate association when she worked with multinational companies such as Collier International and Tishman Speyer. These professional work environments led her to embark on the path of image consultancy and training. She has thus amassed22 years of experience in training corporate and executive clients from various sectors including real estate, hospitality, life insurance, and apparel industries has been a driving force in garnering success. She has gone on to acquire an excess of 100 renowned, accomplished and successful clients including Deloitte, Samsung, Kohler, Pearson, Yes Bank, Mahindra, S Chand Publishing, and Tata Consultancy Services to name a few.

Samira is also an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode where she attained her Master’s in Business Administration and Management. She is an NLP Practitioner and National Award winning Senior Image Consultant. She has certifications in Life Coaching (ICF), Relationship Coaching (ICF), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NFNLP), and Image Consultancy (Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA). Apart from her certifications in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (Franklin Covey) and Wine Etiquette Trainer (WSET, London); she is an MGSCC Global Leadership Assessment (GLA)-360 certified coach which enables her to conduct 360 degree assessments for leaders. She is currently pursuing the Master Practitioner NLP and Advanced Life Coach Programmes from ANLP (India) and ECNLP (Australia) respectively.

AIMC is currently based in Delhi NCR, Gurugram, and Pune; with expansion plans in the near future.

Samira is also an avid body language reader and learner.

Pankhuri Gupta

Image Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer

Pankhuri Gupta is a graduate in Fashion Designing from NIFT, India and a post-graduate in Fashion Marketing from LIM College, New York. She has worked with Fashion brands like Myntra, Promostyl (a trend forecasting agency based in Paris), Calvin Klein, BMW, Macy's Inc, Fossil and many more. She has global experience of working with clients and their needs from various industries. 

This interest of working with clients drove her towards styling, photography, makeovers, wardrobe management and so on, which is why she took up Image Consulting. She is now a certified Image Consultant and helps her clients in creating their best version from the inside as well as outside. She works with them at a holistic level which includes Appearance Management, Non-verbal Communication and Body Language. Pankhuri is also a Digital Marketing expert which equips her to help her clients build their Digital Personal Brand. 

She aims to create a positive development in the lives of her clients and aid them to accomplish their goals by looking, feeling and being their best versions!

Bharathi is a law graduate and very passionate about how human psyche behaves, especially in relationships and career. For the same reason, she gravitated towards coaching people to empower them to live their lives to the fullest. Nayanika Chandra is an HR Professional and Soft Skills Trainer.

She is a graduate from Delhi University and completed her post-graduate diploma in Human Resources and Administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. As an HR professional, she is acquainted with evaluating organizational and individual training requirements, devising and implementing learning strategies and programs and bringing about positive changes. She helps her clients develop strong Communication Skills, Behavioral Skills and Body Language.
